Hormone Therapy, Sleep Health & B12 Injections in Dublin & Eastman, GA
Fatigue that coffee doesn’t touch. Sleep that doesn’t restore you. The sense that something is off even when tests come back “normal.” You’re not imagining it.
Hormones, sleep quality, and overall vitality connect to everything else: your energy, mood, weight, and how you feel day to day. At Balanced Aesthetics, Weight Loss & Wellness, we diagnose and treat the underlying causes rather than masking symptoms. Below: what we treat, how we treat it, what it costs, and what insurance covers. Our Dublin and Eastman locations offer all services listed.
Men's Health & Testosterone Therapy
Low testosterone is treatable. If you’re experiencing decreased energy, reduced muscle mass, increased body fat, lower libido, difficulty concentrating, or mood changes, testosterone levels should be checked.
Testosterone naturally declines starting in the late 30s or early 40s. For some men, this decline causes noticeable symptoms that affect daily life. For others, levels drop without obvious effects. Testing determines where you stand and whether treatment would help.
Low testosterone isn’t only about sex drive. It’s about how you feel every single day.
If testing reveals low testosterone, treatment options include testosterone replacement therapy through injections or other delivery methods. We explain benefits, risks, monitoring requirements, and what to expect so you can make an informed decision.
We also prescribe erectile dysfunction medications including Cialis and Viagra. ED often accompanies low testosterone but can occur independently. Sometimes the fix is straightforward medication; other times it’s part of broader hormone optimization.

Women's Health & Hormone Therapy
Menopause symptoms are manageable. Hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, brain fog, mood swings, vaginal dryness: these aren’t things you have to accept. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) reduces or eliminates these symptoms for appropriate candidates.
Perimenopause can start years before menopause itself. Symptoms may be subtle at first, then become disruptive. If you’re in your 40s or 50s and things feel off, hormones are worth investigating.
Our women’s health visits evaluate symptoms, review medical history, and determine if HRT is right for you. Not every woman is a candidate due to certain health conditions. We assess individual risks and benefits rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
We also coordinate preventive care like mammogram scheduling. Staying current on screenings matters for overall health, and we help facilitate that process.

Sleep Health
Poor sleep sabotages everything else. Weight loss stalls when you’re sleep-deprived. Hormones stay imbalanced. Mood and cognitive function suffer. Chronic fatigue isn’t normal, even if you’ve accepted it as such.
Our sleep health visits evaluate insomnia, sleep apnea, and overall sleep quality. We discuss sleep hygiene (habits and environment factors that support good sleep) and identify conditions that might be sabotaging your rest without your knowledge.
For suspected sleep apnea, we offer home sleep studies for $200. The test monitors breathing patterns, oxygen levels, and sleep stages while you sleep in your own bed. Far more convenient than spending a night in a sleep lab, and the results guide treatment decisions.
Sleep apnea often goes undiagnosed, especially in patients carrying extra weight. It’s treatable, and treatment often improves energy, mood, and even weight loss efforts.

B12 Injections
B12 injections deliver vitamin B12 directly to your bloodstream, bypassing digestive absorption issues. B12 plays a key role in energy production, nerve function, and red blood cell formation.
Common signs of deficiency: fatigue, weakness, mental fog, and mood changes. Deficiency is especially common among vegetarians, older adults, and people with digestive conditions like Crohn’s disease or celiac disease.
If you’re deficient, you may notice improved energy and mental clarity within 1-2 days of injection. Effects depend on your starting B12 levels.
Price: $50 per injection.
